Rooted in Czech culinary tradition, our menu reimagines beloved flavors with a conscious twist — seasonal, regional, and always vegan. Think signature Czech pastries like your babička might have made (only plant-based), vibrant brunch plates, refreshing Moravian wines, and standout specialty coffee from Passenger and August 63.
